On August 8th, the "On site Action Meeting for Improving the Rural Delivery and Logistics System in Ningxia" was held in Tongxin County, Wuzhong City. As one of the series of activities of the second Ningxia Logistics Festival, "Wutong Four Seas Run Thousands of Families", this activity aims to share the construction ideas of the national rural logistics service brand and the national express delivery service modern agriculture gold medal project through experience exchange and on-site observation, play a typical demonstration and leading role, and accelerate the construction of a three-level postal logistics distribution system that connects counties and villages throughout Ningxia.

In recent years, multiple departments such as commerce, postal service, and finance in Ningxia have cooperated and fulfilled their respective responsibilities, making it a major livelihood and welfare project to fully improve the rural postal logistics system, with a focus on promoting the vigorous development of rural postal logistics, and achieving significant results. In 2022, the entire Ningxia region has established a county and rural three-level rural delivery and logistics distribution system that is interconnected, fast and efficient. At present, 22 county and district logistics distribution centers and 193 township delivery logistics service stations have achieved 100% full coverage, with a village level express delivery service coverage rate of 94.6%. A rural delivery logistics service network with "one point, multiple functions, intensive functions, and convenient and efficient" has been basically formed.

High quality service brand projects such as "E-commerce+Postal Express Cooperation" in Lingwu City, "Integrated Development of Customers, Freight and Postal Merchants" in Litong District, and "E-commerce+Point Supermarket" in Yongning County have been successfully selected as national rural logistics service brands. The experience of integrating the development of "passenger, freight, and postal merchants" in Longde County provides valuable reference for peers, highlighting the enormous potential of rural postal services in driving economic development and increasing farmers' income. The construction of the rural delivery and logistics system in Ningxia has achieved a smoother urban-rural economic cycle, more dynamic agricultural industry development, and more convenient living conditions for rural residents, achieving a development from "small to large" to "strong from large".

In this event, the attending representatives went deep into Tongxin County and experienced the convenience brought by the unified warehouse co distribution model. This integrated delivery service model of "production, purchase, sales, transportation, and storage" effectively shortens the logistics process, improves the circulation efficiency of agricultural products (6.820, -0.10, -1.45%), and opens a new path for rural development. At the same time, the event also focused on exploring the "express cooperation" operation model, which further expands the market share of rural delivery and enables agricultural products to move more quickly to cities, achieving the best-selling of high-quality agricultural products.

Ningxia Supply and Marketing Cooperative and Ningxia Postal Company signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the meeting. The two sides will carry out comprehensive, deep level, and multi angle cooperation in logistics distribution, e-commerce platforms, inclusive finance, and other aspects through complementary advantages and strong alliances, to further improve the rural mail and delivery logistics system in Ningxia.
